I'm opening up some private coaching time for previous clients who may find themselves a little turned around. Sometimes you just need to get some support, another perspective, or a swift kick in the butt to get yourself back on track.

I've done this too. Somehow I slipped back into an old habit and was embarrassed or felt bad about myself. I mean, I spent all this money and got great results, why is this happening?

I've found when this happens it's best to fess up quickly, get help then move on.
